Be Strategic Not Knee Jerk

There is no substitute for a focused strategic approach to growing your business. Consider these questions:

Are you following the same procedures in your business repeatedly without assessing their effectiveness?

Do you find yourself buried in daily activities that rob you of the time to brainstorm and implement new strategies?

Are you seeing a 30% or more increase in revenues and why?

Do you know who your most lucrative clients or customers are and where and how they find you?

Every business owner should have answers to these questions. Moreover, giving thought to them motivates strategic thought. The position of your business at any momemt can be tied to the thought out strategies implemented in the past.
